About Study Course
Objective
To ensure the acquisition and enhancement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in making predictions about an endodontically treated tooth, the evaluation of the necessity for re-treatment and prediction in prosthetics.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.The postgraduate will acquire the knowledge about indications and methods coronal dismantling and removal of intraradicular restorations of endodontically treated teeth.
Skills
1.To perform comprehensive diagnostics of endodontically treated teeth and clinical evaluation of the prognosis by using X-ray images. Will be able to remove coronal and intracanal restorations.
Competences
1.Reasonably evaluate the predictions regarding endodontically treated teeth and the necessity for the involvement of an endodontist in the patient's treatment process. Will acquire the competency to evaluate and to perform removal of coronal and intracanal restorations.
