About Study Course
Objective
Understanding the basics of applied etiquette and professional communication by developing skills for professional behaviour, effective communication and relationship building in different occupational and social situations.
Preliminary Knowledge
Ethics, management theory, general and contact psychology.

1.Knows the basic principles of applied label collaboration, forms and techniques of official and informal contact.

1.Is able to apply theoretical knowledge in applied etiquette and behavioural culture in the interests of achieving the common goal.
