Learn the basics of self-massage without and with aids.

Knowledge

1.As a result of learning the study course, students name and describe the essence of the self-massage method, its physiological aspects and the ways of using auxiliary devices.

Skills

1.As a result of learning the study course, students recognize the indications/contraindications of the self-massage method and assess the necessity of the method in practice for a specific client.

Competences

1.Using the acquired knowledge and basic skills, students analyze, plan and implement self-massage techniques for a specific client.
