About Study Course

Objective

To provide students the opportunity to learn knowledge about the planning, introduction of sport activities and use of aids for the needs of students’ individual development, learning, personality and social growth in sports classes in line with an inclusive education approach.

Preliminary Knowledge

Sport medicine, theory of sport, anatomy and physiology.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.About the basic principles and sociological aspects of APA, about the various functional disorders and their impact on the inclusion of students in sports classes. About the principles for the creation and introduction of APA programmes.

Skills

1.To create an individual plan in sports education. To assess physical capacity of students with functional disorders. To adapt sports activities for students with various functional disorders.

Competences

1.To adapt the sports programme according to the individual abilities of the student with functional disorders. To prepare and adapt the environment to meet the objectives of inclusive sport education. To implement the adapted sports programmes for students with functional disorders.

The functional abilities of students with functional disorders should be analysed independently. An analysis of the special pedagogy guidelines should be carried out independently. Preparations for examinations on the planning and implementation of adapted physical activities for students with functional disorders should be made independently.

The learning outcomes are assessed in a 10-point grading system according to students’ knowledge and skills and competences learned to analyse the results obtained, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Practical works; Seminar classes; Test work assessment criteria. – Attitude towards studies, development dynamics, work during seminars (10%); – Independently performed practical works – visits to schools (30%) – Written tests of the study course (30%). – Examination (30%)
