About Study Course

Objective

Provide students with information and knowledge about Pilates method basics, develop practical skills in Pilates mat exercises without/with small equipment, develop understanding of Pilates exercises application, motivate the integration of Pilates exercises into individual physical activities to improve the susceptibility of the support and movement system.

Student creates and submits three descriptions of Pilates exercises to e-studies. One of the submitted exercises, in accordance with the instructions of the lecturer, shall be demonstrated by the student in person.
