About Study Course

Objective

To provide an opportunity to acquire comprehensive knowledge about the development, structure, topography and function of the human body.

Preliminary Knowledge

All biology disciplines in the scope of the secondary school program.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.As a result of learning the study course, students will be able to name the parts of the human body, organ systems, and their functions. It will be possible to explain the structure, position and functions of a specific organ, the principles of blood supply and innervation of the organ. Knows the structure of skeletal muscles, places of muscle attachment and the differences between conscious and unconscious movement regulation. You will know some terms in Latin (muscles).

Skills

1.The student will be able to recognize and show the bones, joints, and muscles of the skeleton. Will be able to classify muscles by location and function. Will be able to explain the movements in the joints and name the muscles that perform the movements. Will be able to demonstrate organs and other anatomical structures in anatomical visual aids; will be able to work with special literature.

Competences

1.The student will be able to create a complex of exercises according to a certain plan or according to the client's needs, will be able to plan the physical activity regime correctly.
