About Study Course

Objective

To provide knowledge and skills in addiction psychotherapy in compliance with the qualification of a psychotherapist. To provide knowledge on etiopathogenesis and psycho-dynamics of addiction and knowledge of possible psychotherapeutic and psychiatric treatments.

1.To formulate the aetiopathogenesis of different types of addiction.

Skills

1.To analyse the options of different types of psychotherapy in treatment of addictions.

Competences

1.Will apply the acquired knowledge, skills and attitude for therapeutic work in the clinic, research activity, public educational work in mass media, will have an understanding of team (group) work, its functioning, psychodynamics, crisis situations, dealing with them; as well as the ability to lead the work of a multidisciplinary team, participate in it, supervise doctors and medical support persons.
