About Study Course

Objective

To provide students with an understanding of organizational efficiency and quality management, its role in today's labor market, health care, identify problems in the organization's existing business processes, introduce organizational efficiency and quality management methods, as well as develop solutions to improve efficiency and quality.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students will understand the need to apply the efficiency and quality methods in the operation of processes, structural units and organizations in health care and will be able to assess the efficiency of the organization, using modern methods of efficiency and quality assessment.

Skills

1.Students will be able to independently collect and analyze data on efficiency and quality in organizations, perform efficiency and quality analysis, calculate losses in processes, perform process improvement cost -benefit analysis, interpret organizational efficiency and quality indicators, present them in organizations based on research results and using appropriate terminology.

Competences

1.Students will be able to substantiate scientifically the need for organizational efficiency and quality management in health sector, will be able to develop and implement efficiency and quality improvement solutions, will be able to formulate the necessary organizational efficiency and quality improvements.
