About Study Course

Objective

To provide an opportunity to learn the specific aspects of assistance and to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in the hospital, providing emergency medical assistance as part of the resuscitation team at the pre-hospital stage.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.The student will know: • Formulate the general principles of hospitalization of acute patients; • Describe the equipment of the emergency medical vehicle; • Describe the medical management of a mass casualty incident.

Skills

1.The student will be able • Perform express diagnostic glucose in the blood • Prepare for trauma patients to the hospital • Ensure the patients medical care during transport • Perform resuscitation measures after resuscitation universal algorithm on the scene.

Competences

1.To provide emergency assistance to the patient in a life-critical situation at the pre-hospital stage and during transport to the hospital.
