About Study Course
Objective
To acquire the basic knowledge of group concept lesson management.
Preliminary Knowledge
Prerequisites for physical activity are recommended.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.As a result of the study course completion students will be able to: • Understand the principles of group concept classes. • Describe different group activities, their specifics and application possibilities for people with different physical preparedness. • Apply music while performing exercises. • Form the team base for conducting group work. • Understand the basic principles of successful communication with a group of gymnasts.
Skills
1.• Complete group exercise VERVE exercises and be able to adapt them to different physical preparedness. • Conduct group concept classes.
Competences
1.Ability to plan, organize, and conduct safe and effective concept training sessions based on client capabilities.
