About Study Course

Objective

To develop understanding and improve knowledge of the basic concepts of management theory, evolution and development of the concept of organisation.

Preliminary Knowledge

Knowledge of the basics of economics, microeconomics and macroeconomics is required.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.On successful completion of the study course, students will be able to describe the implementation of management functions in the organisation, describe the process of communication and decision-making, explain the role of the manager in ensuring the organisation management.

Skills

1.On successful completion of the study course, students will be able to evaluate the situation in the organisation, analysing the implementation of management functions, to substantiate their opinion on the directions of improvement of the management process.

Competences

1.Students are able to analyse the motivation and coordination system and the manager’s activities in managing the organisation.
