Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.As a result of learning the study course, students name the latest methods - exercise for health and describe their essence and the student will be able to define what is meant by Holistic functional training and its mandatory components. Will be able to describe R. Steinbaher's Holistic functional training system BODYART® and its most popular programs.

Skills

1.As a result of learning the study course, students recognize various exercise methods for health and assess the necessity of practicing them for fitness clients.and will be able to practically lead the introductory part of BODYART® training (the first 2 Energy phases), will be able to define and use BODYART® breathing techniques and will be able to use appropriate terminology.

Competences

1.Using the acquired knowledge and basic skills, students analyze, plan, implement and synthesize health exercises of various exercise methods and students will be able to apply BODYART® elements, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as knowledge of the importance of the involvement of functional stand, as well as the knowledge about using chains of muscle fascia in various fitness classes. Also, will be able to evaluate the need for and suitability of BODYART® elements for fitness club customers with different levels of training.
