About Study Course

Objective

To deepen the understanding of students about the nature and processes of quality management systems, application and implementation of their requirements in the work of an organisation; to update main basic principles of ensuring quality management.

1.After mastering the study course students understand the nature and significance of quality management systems in professional activity, know organisation quality management tools and possibilities for their use.

1.After mastering the study course students evaluate the interconnection between quality management processes and activities.
