Write in the summary, demonstrate and explain the sequence of the comprehensive physical fitness exercises with and without equipment, the load characteristics of the acquired physical qualities (flexibility, strength, speed, agility, endurance). Assessment criteria: 1) Clearly, logically filled in the anamnesis and the developed training session corresponds to the goal. 0-20% 2) Clearly, logically exercise names and if necessary, a corresponding hyperlink is created. 0-20% 3) "In the information" the most important nuances of the exercise are correctly highlighted. 0-20% 4) The exercise and its characteristics correspond to the physical quality to be trained. 0-20% 5) Correct sequence of inclusion of physical qualities in the training plan. 0-20% 4 points (almost satisfactory) = 40-49% 5 points (satisfactory) = 50-59% 6 points (almost good) = 60-69% 7 points (good) = 70-79% 8 points (very good) = 80-89% 9 points (excellent) = 90-94% 10 points (with distinction) = 95-100% If a class has not been attended for justified reasons, it must be worked out by doing an independent work, otherwise the student will not be allowed to take the exam. To receive a satisfactory assessment in the study course, two tests must be passed, events missed for justified reasons must be passed, the Sports Day must be attended (if not attended for justified reasons, the event must be worked out), and the summary must be satisfactorily completed (>=40%). |
