About Study Course

Objective

To provide theoretical knowledge and the acquisition and improvement of practical skills in cardiosurgery, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the specialty of vascular surgery, in order to prepare the doctor for certification in the specialty of vascular surgeon.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.After completing the course you will be able to: -interpret echocardiography and coronary angiography data, - knows the indications for myocardial revascularization, PTCA, -modern methods of treatment of valve pathology, coarctation of the aorta and stenosis of the aortic valve, -complications of the remote postoperative period, correction methods.

Skills

1.Choose treatment methods for more frequent pathologies of the heart and coronary arteries and heart rhythm disorders.

Competences

1.To provide emergency assistance to patients with heart pathologies in acute situations.
