Knowledge
1.After successfully completing the course, students will gain knowledge about the specifics of social rights and the possibilities of using the guarantees provided by the state. Will be able to demonstrate basic and specialized knowledge specific to the field of legal science, as well as acquire a critical understanding of this knowledge, while the part of the relevant knowledge corresponds to the level of achievements of the study course. Students will be able to demonstrate understanding of the most important concepts, definitions and regularities in the field of social law.
Skills
1.Students will be able to use legal acts developed in the social field, perform their qualitative and comparative analysis. Will be able to demonstrate a scientific approach to solving problems in the field of social rights, as well as independently structure their learning, make decisions and find creative solutions in changing or uncertain conditions, studying problematic issues of social rights. Students will not only be able to take responsibility and initiative when doing work individually, but also when working in a team or managing other people's work. In addition, students will be able to direct further learning and professional development for the development of the field of social law and its application in practice. Will be able to analytically describe and formulate information, problems and solutions in the socio-legal field, using the learned theoretical foundations and skills of social law. Students will be able to explain and argue about the specifics of social rights not only with professionals, but also with non-specialists. Students will be able not only to use the acquired theoretical foundations and skills when conducting research work in the field of social rights, but also to carry out the said work innovatively, professionally, with a different modern approach.

According to the lecturer's instructions in e-studies, the content of the lectures learned:
• learned video lectures,
• studied presentations prepared by the lecturer, materials posted in e-studies and mandatory literature.
Independently:
• learned the materials recommended in e-studies, additional literature, etc. sources,
• prepared written work (essay) on one of the course topics,
• provided two reviews of the work of two other students' prepared articles,
• a self-examination test or task completed for each course topic.

• Completed all self-tests (20% of the total).
