About Study Course
Objective
To introduce with basic examination methods and manipulations in obstetric and gynaecology. To train in basic examination methods and manipulations in obstetric and gynaecology on simulators.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Theoretical knowledge about basic examination methods and manipulations in obstetrics and gynaecology. Acquired knowledge will be applied in examination and management of gynaecological patients and pregnant women.
Skills
1.Skills to perform speculum examination, cytological and bacteriological tests, bimanual examination, external examination of pregnant women, to show biomechanics of labour.
Competences
1.Obtained competence in the basic examination methods and manipulations in obstetrics and gynaecology, and the management of normal deliveries.
