About Study Course

Objective

Promote the development of the professional competence of students regarding special physical activities in water, aimed at improving physical characteristics. Preparation of therapeutic exercise programmes in water according to age, physical conduits, determining functional ability level, accuracy of exercise performance, compensation mechanism. Empowering to learn body release techniques in water, forms of facilitated swimming, economic breathing while swimming.

Preliminary Knowledge

Prerequisites based on theoretical and practical knowledge in sports theory, anatomy, dynamic anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Ability to swim.

1.Methodically properly organise swimming teaching classes for people of different contingent, ages and preparedness.
