About Study Course

Objective

To provide students with knowledge about the theoretical foundations of management psychology; To promote the practical application of theoretical knowledge in business in the sports environment; To deepen understanding of the psychological aspects of human resources management and the creation of an efficient team.

Preliminary Knowledge

The 1st level of higher education or an academic Bachelor’s degree in sports science has been obtained, or study courses in Social and Communication Psychology, Management Theory have been mastered.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.1. Knows the course of the management process and leadership theories in psychology; 2. Knows motivation theories and decision-making processes; 3. Knows and understands group development theories and the psychological peculiarities of managing them.
