About Study Course

Objective

To offer students the opportunity to gain an understanding of communication psychology and to acquire the skills of negotiation and professional relationship building, with a special focus on questioning and listening skills, to promote an understanding of the impact of their personality on professional relationship building.

Knowledge

1.Knows the terms used in Communication Psychology, understands the essence of communication, factors influencing communication, understands the importance of social skills in communication with individuals, groups and teams of professionals.

Skills

1.In practice, social skills are used and communication skills are applied in cooperation with colleagues; distinguishes between effective and ineffective listening; have skills in self-reflection and managing one's emotional state.

Competences

1.Apply self-reflection and social skills when working independently or as a group/team. Able to evaluate the impact of one's exposure on others, have the skills to manage effective communication and resolve conflict situations.
