About Study Course
Objective
Promote students’ practical skills and skills in performing physical exercises and preparing exercise complexes by ensuring effective use of exercises in health sports classes. Develop the ability to independently manage and present exercise classes by acquiring theoretical knowledge of the role of physical activity in strengthening health, preventing diseases and improving working capacity, as well as professionalism in their practical application.
