About Study Course

Objective

To prepare highly qualified specialists in the field of sports - who can organize and conduct sports classes at a professional level, using athletic training means and methods and are able to create an understanding of the development of a healthy lifestyle.

Acquisition and practical application of the classification of the structure of technical means in athletic preparation, development of physical characteristics. Principles of classification, practical learning and application of general development exercises. A set of kettlebell exercises.

Independent notes and creation of teaching methodical material. Theoretical and practical knowledge of safety rules during the use of athletic training equipment, as well as securing a partner during exercise and injury prevention. The technical performance of the movements in accordance with the basics of the technique and the characteristics of the details. Theoretical knowledge of the influence of athletic preparation on physical fitness, general and individual conditions of the dynamics of the development process and the result of the application of athletic preparation. Each of the criteria is evaluated with points, their sum forms the evaluation in points.
