Students’ independent learning is organised individually. Students independently, in consultation with the school’s sports and health teacher, develop a sports lesson plan.
1. Study the regulations on the state basic education standard and model basic education programmes and the regulations regarding samples of the state general secondary education standard and model general secondary education programmes.
2. To independently develop a sport class plan on the chosen topic corresponding to the grade, in accordance with CM Regulations on general secondary education and basic education.
3. Performs self-analysis after the conducted lesson.
Students, using mandatory literature, additional literature, etc. sources of information, perform an independent preparation on the following topics: theoretical aspects of the professional qualification; research aspects in sports science in the professional qualification; theoretical, psychological, sociological and legal aspects of the specialisation of the professional qualification.

PR:
1. The content of the practical examination sport class is written in professional language, corresponds to the pupil’s age, preparedness and requirements of the standard.
2. The teacher is ready for the lesson, the gym is suitable and diverse tools have been chosen.
3. The teacher understands and follows safety rules during a sports class. The teacher leads a child-centred pedagogical process.
4. The exercises are interlinked by lesson parts according to the planned tasks.
5. Teacher’s activity takes place: in grades 4-12 in subgroups; in grades 1-3 – frontally.
6. The teacher’s activities and choice of tools are in line with the sensitive period of pupils’ age. The increase in load is physiologically justified.
7. The content of the final part of the sports lesson is included in the total lesson content.
8. The teacher’s preparation for the sports lesson, professional language, posture and lesson leading style are in line with the basic principles of humane pedagogy.
9. The planned final outcome is reached during the sports lesson.
10. Creative and innovative approach in leading a sports lesson.
