Acquisition of clinical skills is assessed by the head of practical studies, but the head of the specialty program organizes a test of theoretical knowledge of the study courses (in accordance with the RSU Study Regulations II). Various knowledge assessment methods are used to assess theoretical knowledge: multi-answer tests, essays, descriptions of solutions to clinical problems, case presentations, etc. Skills are assessed by observing performance in the workplace, as well as being used in demonstrations on a dummy or simulator, as well as in an objectively structured clinical skill test. Residents' knowledge and skills are assessed on a 10-point scale.
