About Study Course
Objective
Acquire and improve theoretical knowledge and practical skills at the level required for internists about acute abdominal organ diseases that require urgent surgical treatment.
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Upon completion of emergency abdominal surgery course resident knows – at the level required for internists – about the abdominal visceral disease surgical treatment indications, early and late postoperative complications, conservative therapy in the postoperative period.
Skills
1.Upon completion of emergency abdominal surgery course resident has improved the skills in potentially surgically treated emergency abdominal disease diagnosis, evaluation and prevention of surgery contraindications.
