About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in neuroimmunology in accordance with the requirements of the immunology specialty regulation.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students acquire the knowledge to recognise and describe neurological autoimmune diseases, to prescribe and interpret additional immunological examinations, to substantiate the diagnosis of a neurological immunological disease and to recommend therapy adjustment.

Skills

1.The student acquires the skills to diagnose autoimmune neurological diseases, to determine the indications for additional immunological examination, to detect immunological changes in case of neurological diseases and to adjust therapy.

Competences

1.The student is competent to provide immunological consultation in case of neurological diseases.
