Knowledge
1.In the course of the course, students will be provided with knowledge about crisis management and crisis communication, identifying and evaluating crisis situations, as well as actions during a crisis.
Skills
1.The aim of the course is to develop students' crisis management skills, including the skills to recognize crisis situations, understand the needs of each situation and be able to identify the best communication solutions for crisis management.
Competences
1.Providing support to the organization's management and communication manager in crisis management and crisis communication situations and the ability to practically organize communication in crisis situations.
