Knowledge
1.The most frequently used chemotherapeutic pharmacological characteristics, the latest research results on the use of preparations used in chemotherapy, cell biology, including cell cycle kinetics, cycle and phase specificity. Chemotherapeutic preparations classification and their mechanisms of action. Dose calculation principles. Advantages and disadvantages of the use of one preparation and simultaneous use of several preparations. Guidelines and recommendations for the evaluation of chemotherapeutic effect.
Skills
1.Chemotherapy Designation of gynecological oncology and breast oncology disease management complex, Neo-adjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy, general and preparations specific toxicity of chemotherapy in short-term and long-term chemotherapy, use of chemotherapy in gestational trofoblasitc disease. The role of hormonal therapy in the treatment of gynecological cancers. I, II and Phase III clinical trial principles, involvement in clinical trials of the chemical preparation.
Competences
1.The ability to assign chemotherapy for gynecological and breast cancer cases, analyze the results of treatment and side-effects of chemotherapy, to make evidence-based views of chemotherapy for patients with evidence of genital or breast cancer based on tumor stage, histological findings.
