Knowledge
1.Will be able to recognize the features of conflict escalation and de-escalation. Will be able to perceive and use the mediation as a tool of conflict resolution.
Skills
1.Will be able to elaborate different techniques of mediation in order to resolve the conflict constructively.
Competences
1.Will be able to understand the role of culture in conflict management and mediation. Will be able to elaborate culturally appropriate conflict communication management and mediation techniques leading to constructive conflict resolution.
