Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.To understand the long-term complications of gastroenterological diseases that are common in adulthood in cases that started in childhood and adolescence; to differentiate the specifics of clinical evaluation of specific symptoms in children and adults.
Skills
1.To orient correctly in determining the indications of diagnostic procedures and manipulations for adults, as well as to evaluate the risk factors of manipulations, communication with patients and colleagues also in complex and acute situations.
Competences
1.To plan successive transfer of chronic patients to the adult clinic and prepare the necessary medical documentation.

To learn the skill of communicating with adult patients and their relatives, to collect the necessary information – anamnesis, to learn the skills of examining gastroenterological patients of different ages, to get acquainted with treatment schemes, prognostic factors and evaluation scales, to learn to draw up an examination plan, prescribe a care and treatment plan, to analyse the patients to be treated together with the person in charge of the cycle.
