About Study Course

Objective

Learn and apply modern evidence-based comprehensive physical fitness (flexibility, strength, speed, agility, endurance, etc. physical characteristics) techniques, tools and technologies in the sports sector.

Preliminary Knowledge

General knowledge of the structure of the sports class, the nature of the sports training, the rules of internal order, the norms of behaviour in the gym and sports hall.

Evaluation criteria:

(1) an understandable, logically completed history and the training session developed are fit for purpose. 0-20%

2) understandable, logical exercise names and, if necessary, an appropriate hyperlink has been created. 0-20%

3) “information” correctly highlights the essential details of exercising. 0-20%

4) exercise and its characteristics correspond to a workable physical characteristic. 0-20%

5) correct order of inclusion of physical characteristics in the training plan. 0-20%

4-point (almost mediocre) = 40-49%

5-point (mediocre) = 50-59%

6-point (almost good) = 60-69%

7-point (good) = 70-79%

8-point (very good) = 80-89%

9-point (excellent) = 90-94%

10-point (excellent) = 95-100%
