As part of each practical class, students independently develop 5-6 exercises that fit the theme of a given week (e.g. strength training, balance exercises, interval training, etc.). The exercises are described in a Word document, submitted in an e-environment, specifying their purpose, performance technique, participating muscle groups, and required inventory (if any).

In the next lesson, each student: briefly verbally present their exercises to the group, tell them about their fulfillment, certify that the exercises have been practically performed independently during the week.

’“In accordance with Paragraph 3.9 of RSU academic Regulations I, attendance of classes is mandatory and recorded.”
