Raise awareness of the physiotherapy principles in gynecology and obstetrics.

1.About physiotherapy use and principles in gynecology and obstetrics.

Skills

1.Students will be able to describe the basic principles of exercises for pregnant women, the recommended types of activities, as well as contraindicated activities. Compare the importance of post-natal exercises, depending on the type of delivery. Make a physiotherapy program for women with uterine and vaginal prolapse and urinary incontinence.

Competences

1.Students will be able to recommend appropriate exercises for pregnant women, and post-natal women.
