About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the acquisition and enhancement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in making predictions about an endodontically treated tooth, the evaluation of the necessity for re-treatment and prediction in prosthetics.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.The undergraduate will acquire the deeper knowledge about evaluation of endodontically treated teeth and understanding of basics of endodontic retreatment.

Skills

1.Complete diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of endodontically treated teeth by X-rays and clinically. Skills according to the level of competence of the general dentist.

Competences

1.Reasonably evaluate the predictions regarding endodontically treated teeth and the necessity for the involvement of an endodontist in the patient's treatment process.
