About Study Course

Objective

To promote the development of students' professional competence in the organization and management of water polo teaching and learning, taking into account the individual capabilities of students and compliance with the achievable learning outcome, as well as to enable students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in organizing water polo competitions with relaxed or changed rules.

Preliminary Knowledge

Swimming skills. General education study courses, basic theoretical courses in the field.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Able to analyse the training process in water polo teaching and improvement.

2.Able to justify the selection of exercise applications and methods at the appropriate training stage.

Skills

1.Water polo technique, tactical training methodology, competition organization, refereeing, safety techniques and a careful attitude towards the environment.

Competences

1.Acquires the necessary initial competencies for water polo coaching qualification.
