About Study Course

Objective

The aim of the study course is to promote the acquisition of knowledge about physical medicine and rehabilitation methods, as well as the necessary skills to apply this knowledge in practice.

Preliminary Knowledge

Physiology, Anatomy, Propaedeutics, basic knowledge of Physics and Chemistry

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.As a result of the study course acquisition, the student acquires knowledge about the methods and basic principles of physical medicine and rehabilitation in treatment and prevention, the organization of rehabilitation in Latvia.

Skills

1.As a result of the study course acquisition, the student will be acquainted with the methods of physical medicine and rehabilitation in disease prevention.
