Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Upon completion of the hematology course resident knows the possible causes, various clinical manifestations, examination methods, differential diagnostics, treatment methods, complications and prognosis of common hematologic diseases.
Skills
1.Upon completion of the hematology course resident has acquired the skills for hematologic disease patient examination, early diagnostics, interpretation of specific laboratory results, recognition of disease exacerbation and complications, and therapy.
Competences
1.Using the acquired knowledge and skills resident will be able to define a diagnosis, make differential diagnosis, interpret test data, develop a structured treatment and rehabilitation plan, logically define and explain the treatment objectives, assess its effectiveness, side effects.
