About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the acquisition of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in occupational neurology in order to be able to assess the impact of work environment risk factors on the nervous system and provide preventive measures.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.About the diagnosis of the most common of occupational neurological diseases, differential diagnosis with general nervous system diseases, treatment, working capacity examination and prevention.

Skills

1.To identify risk factors that cause diseases of the nervous system of occupational aetiology; perform diagnosis of occupational diseases of the nervous system, draw up documents for confirming the diagnosis of an occupational disease.

Competences

1.To deal with issues of health and safety at work in order to assess the impact of work environment risk factors on the nervous system of employees.
