Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Ability to navigate a wide range of group lessons, as well as tailor the lesson to the client's wishes and needs.
Skills
1.Student is able to create a group lesson plan with different tasks taking into account exercise progressions and regressions.
Competences
1.Student becomes familiar with the range of fitness club group activities and understands the difference between group activities. Is able to make a plan for group training taking into account the diversity of the group and to adapt it.

The work will be evaluated after drawing up a plan – whether all exercises are offered progressions, regressions, whether the inventory is used effectively (using all its features). Whether the core exercise type (cardio, power or mind body) is respected.
