About Study Course

Objective

To ensure the high-level studies and active research activities of doctoral students in the field of Legal Science, to provide an opportunity to acquire in-depth competencies necessary for independent research and to obtain empirically tested results in the field, confirming internationally comparable experience in research implementation, analysis and management. To provide studies based on the basics of scientific research, after which students would be able to fully realize their knowledge, skills and competence both locally and internationally.

Knowledge

1.To know the principles, processes and legal methods of scientific research when performing scientific research work in the field of Legal Science.

Skills

1.Able to prepare a scientific publications in the field of Legal Science using necessary legal methods, as well as to identify scientific publications relevant to the field. Students are able to communicate about his / her field of scientific activity in scientific groups and society.

Competences

1.The students are able to solve important research tasks in the field of legal science, to put forward innovative research ideas by performing independent, critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation. Development of scientific research in the field of legal science using the general research methods, as well as special legal methods in accordance with the requirements of the interdisciplinary research space.
