About Study Course
Objective
Provide information to students and supplement knowledge of movement contraindications, exercises to be applied to health fitness; students to develop skills in depth in the delivery of exercises (performance technique, impact on the organism, variations, teaching within the framework of ethical and correct communication, building a safe environment), as well as in the detailed planning and management of classes, evaluation of their performance; to develop the competence to analyse the effectiveness of the methods applied to the health fitness in order to achieve the goal of the class, to create health fitness programmes and to critically evaluate the course of the class after conducting it.
Preliminary Knowledge
Knowledge: anatomy (detailed muscle, bone, fascia and nervous system), physiology (detailed metabolism, heart rate, nervous system pulses), biochemistry (biological energy extraction, Krebs cycle) theory of sports training (detailed physical characteristics, training methods); skills to use pedagogical methods (beliefs, verbal, etc.), psychological methods (motivation for different psychological types, external and internal motivation, positive indications, etc.); competencies: differentiation of different fitness methods, application of different technical performances for the same exercise movement within different exercise methods.

Students independently develop and submit in e-studies a list of contraindicated movements and justification for five client case descriptions. Case descriptions, the template to be filled in are available in e-studies on the study course site. The upload site for the task is available in e-studies. To receive a minimum assessment of 4 points, 55% of the 100% requirements must be met. 20% - for each correctly completed and timely submitted part of the work.
