Knowledge
1.Awareness of the EU Single Market and green business, its socioeconomic and regulatory aspects. Knowledge of facts and figures, concepts and ideas that demonstrate understanding of the study course’ subject matter, the business model of a green organization and the dynamics of factors. Knowledge of the basic concepts of a green organization and analysis of the green transformation trends related to the Single Market. Will focus on technology development trends affecting green business research and innovation. Will be able to apply knowledge of business management and negotiation management in the context of green business.
Skills
1.• Able to identify trends and find creative solutions, using a scientific approach, in the changing problems in green business activities and innovation fields; • able to demonstrate an understanding of the special transformation nature of the Single Market socio-economic system and the transformation potential in today's conditions; • able to understand and demonstrate green business trends in sustainable business growth, as well skills in analytical methods that help to determine innovation and digitized transformation potential that have impact on business; • able to independently gather information from various sources, critically evaluate it and correctly reflect on it; • able to formulate information in a structured, analytical and concise manner in writing, express thought accurately and reasonably, discuss the general and specialized aspects of green industrial policy, green business activities as well as negotiation process; • able to use relevant practical and theoretical knowledge and skills in professional business management and research, being aware of the impact of those activities on the environment and society.

1.• Development of the most important skills that will have a positive impact on students' careers; • ability to summarize research debates, analyse economic statistics; • critically discuss green business matters and develop brief reports on current green organization and green industrial policy trends and their impact on business development.

Studies of course literature (mandatory sources):
• Search and collection and analysis of data.
• Case analysis.

|
Essays. The essay is a description of the topic of the lecture in free form on 3-4 pages. The essay must demonstrate the student's ability to highlight the main issues in the given literary source, as well as develop a summary and conclusion of the text. References are mandatory.
Research paper (length 5 pages). The purpose of the research paper is to demonstrate the student's academic knowledge in the subject of the study course.
The research work should include:
• the student's research ideas;
• introduction to the topic of the research work;
• goal and task development;
• discussion of the researcher's views regarding the subject of the research work;
• practical assessment of the situation related to the topic of the research work;
• conclusions;
• references.
The examination is based on the presentation of a research paper. The presentation should be prepared in Power Point format. The presentation should include the main parts of the research paper and should reflect the author's ideas, aims, objectives, results, findings and conclusions. The presentation will include questions posed to the author and his answers, as well as the following discussion.
