About Study Course

Objective

To introduce students with communication and consultation basic skills, specific communication skills and self-communication.

Preliminary Knowledge

Knowledge in social sciences on highschool level.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.Students will have gained knowledge which allows to: • understand communication principles; • manage usage of different communication forms.

Skills

1.Students will be able to: • use specific skills in dealing with hard situation in real life; • use guidelines for medical communication in their work.

Competences

1.Student will be able to: • consult patients and health care specialists and patients in questions of medicamentous therapy related issues; • manage personnel, unite the team for accomplishment of professional goals.
