About Study Course

Objective

To create students' understanding of labor law, labor protection, their essence, content and meaning, about the formation of employment legal relations or the termination of employment legal relations. To create students' understanding of the applicability of various accounting documents in practical activities.

Preliminary Knowledge

Prerequisites for the study course are not required.

Learning Outcomes

Knowledge

1.After completing the study course, students are aware of the essence of labor legal relations, understand the general concepts of labor law, students know where to turn to protect their interests in the field of labor law. In record management, knowledge and understanding of the classification of record management documents, the general requirements for drawing up record management documents, the legal force of documents, the circulation and archiving of documents, electronic document systems and types of electronic documents, the language of documents and record management, as well as the development of various documents have been acquired.

Skills

1.After completing the study course, students understand the labor law and the terms of the employment contract. Students will be able to work independently with documents on the establishment of employment legal relations and with various documents developed in accordance with general record-keeping requirements and the requirements set out in the labor law.

Competences

1.Able to navigate issues of labor law and know how to apply the acquired knowledge in document circulation.
