About Study Course

Objective

The aim of study is to improve knowledge’s, practice and experience in children infectious disease etiology, pathogenesis, clinical findings.

Knowledge

1.During study course student will be able to acquire knowledge’s which will allow to: - To recognize most common children infectious diseases - Known about its etiology, pathogenesis - To orientate in principles of diagnostic algorithms and therapy principles.

1.Resident will be able to: - Prescribe examinations for clarification of diagnosis - Analyze data - Diagnose

1.With his skills, resident will be able to do high qualified and specialized diagnostics, therapy and prophylaxis of acute and chronic infectious diseases.

Epidemiology, clinic, principles of treatment and prevention of infectious diseases in children (measles, rubella, whooping cough, mumps, etc.). Differential diagnosis of these diseases. Development of intestinal infectious diseases (shigellosis, salmonellosis, escherichiosis, rotaviruses, etc.) in children of different ages and related treatment issues.
