Objective
Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Must know the salivary gland anatomy and morphology; Be able to classify salivary gland diseases; Be able to explain the pathogenesis of salivary gland diseases; Be able to describe treatment options.
Skills
1.Be able to clinically investigate patient with salivary gland diseases. Must be able to interpret the clinical and instrumental examination results. Be able to choose the appropriate treatment method for analyzing tests. Be able to perform sialography and interpret the radiological results.
Competences
1.Is able to perform differential diagnosis of salivary gland disease. Is able to choose the most appropriate method of treatment. Is able to independently carry out simple medical manipulations (lavage, drug therapy). Is able to perform intraductal stone withdrawal. Ability to define analysis for autoimmune salivary gland disease.
