Based on lecture material 1, choose two complex (multi-joint) movements from your sport or exercises specific to the sport. These exercises/movements should be filmed, the footage captured by the video processing programme divided into the preparatory, main and final phases, the distribution of phases should be able to justify during video playback. You should be able to comment on the training stages of this movement - the defining stage of the movement and the details of the movement. Indication - the material must be self-designed, it is not permissible to use third resources (videos available on the Internet). The video must be visible itself, the video must not have been evaluated once. |

Five exercises you use in volume training should be chosen from your sport. These exercises should be filmed. These same exercises, guided by the lecture material, need to increase the intensity so that this exercise can be used in intensity training, should be filmed again. The ratio of volume to intensity in the training process should be able to be justified. Indication - the material must be self-designed, it is not permissible to use third resources (videos available on the Internet). The video does not necessarily have to be visible itself, the video must not have been evaluated once. |

You have to pick and film two exercises or movement elements from your sport, which usually the coach teaches with the common method. Your choices should be justified. You should also select two exercises or movement elements that are taught by the distributed method, film it to create an impression, then film the individual teaching parts of the exercise. These parts of teaching should be like real exercise, it is not permissible to cut the whole movement in a video processing program. Indication - the material must be self-designed, it is not permissible to use third resources (videos available on the Internet). The video does not necessarily have to be visible itself, the video must not have been evaluated once. |

You must choose two exercises or movement elements from your sport. These exercises should be performed by a person executing them at the skill level. Based on the lecture material, you need to describe the execution visible in the video and justify the observed skill level. Next, the same two exercises should be performed by a person executing them at the habit level. You must describe their performance according to the lecture material. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. |

Based on the lecture material, you must record five exercises from your sport that are aimed at developing specific endurance. These exercises should be presented with a justification of their benefits for competitive performance and an explanation of how they contribute to endurance development. Additionally, you must determine the appropriate exercise dosage, ensuring that it aligns with endurance training rather than just movement frequency. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. |

You need to record a movement element or exercise from your sport where strength is the most crucial factor. Then, you must film five exercises for strength development. During the presentation, you should provide a justification for their application in sports performance and specify the appropriate dosage. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. |

|
You must record a movement in your sport that requires the highest speed for execution. Then, you need to film five sport-specific exercises for speed development, ensuring that they meet the speed training requirements outlined in the lecture material. It is not allowed to film exercises aimed at developing strength or other physical attributes. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. |

You must select one type of agility and record five exercises from your sport aimed at developing that specific agility type. You should justify the practical benefits of these exercises in competitive performance. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. |

Based on the material from Lecture 1, choose two complex (multi-joint) movements or sport-specific exercises from your sport. These movements/exercises should be recorded, and using a video editing program, the footage must be divided into the preparatory, main, and final phases. During the video presentation, you should be able to justify the phase division. You must also be able to comment on the training stages of these movements—identify the key phase of the movement and the movement details. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. For part-time students first homework work accounts for 25% of the total assessment. |

Choose five exercises from your sport that are used in volume training. These exercises should be recorded. For the same exercises, based on the lecture material, increase the intensity so that the exercises can be used in intensity training, and record them again. You should be able to justify the units of measurement for volume and intensity, as well as the relationship between volume and intensity in the training process. Note: The material must be self-created, and the use of third-party resources (such as online videos) is not allowed. The video does not necessarily need to feature yourself, and it must not have been previously evaluated. For part-time students second homework work accounts for 25% of the total assessment. |
