Learning Outcomes
Knowledge
1.Understand importance of medical control for different groups of people involved in sports activities; can describe health related fitness level components and assessment methods; get to know specific sports injuries and other pathological conditions and can describe risk factors.
Skills
1.Be able to assess and evaluate health related fitness level and advise activities for improvement; be able to recognise and assess sport injuries risk factors and create prevention plan.
Competences
1.Be able to assess and explain health related fitness level and recommend activities for improvement for people involved in sports or people who want to start physical activities; be able to recommend and use activities for sports injuries prevention.

• independent work with reading sources and preparation for the practical labs;
Physical fitness level assessment, analysis and recommendations
