About Study Course
Objective
Ensure education of senior sports coaches in fitness specialisation in conducting individual classes, teaching the terminology of fitness in Latvian and English, developing and strengthening awareness of the specificities of the field of fitness; teaching different methods of personal fitness classes and exercises applied, as well as the principles of lesson building.
Preliminary Knowledge
Knowledge of sports theory, pedagogy, sports pedagogy, sports didactic, psychology or sports psychology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Study courses and knowledge in sports theory, training didactics, pedagogy have been acquired.

After conducting, constructive feedback is received from the lecturer in accordance with the assessment criteria available in e-studies; as well as the lecturer asks the student additional questions about conducting the demonstrated group class. |
