Test

Find 2 video examples of difficulty of apparatus for each apparatus (hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon):

  • 1 difficulty of apparatus with a value of 0,20
  • 1 difficulty of apparatus with a value of 0,30

For each apparatus find a video example with a difficulty of apparatus with 2 basis and 1 criterion OR a difficylty of apparatus with a base value of 0,40

for each element must provide the following information:

Presentation slides includes only subclauses that will be told! The exercise analysis can be presented before or after the video demonstration.

7.

The choreography combinations designed for specific purpose

-
Test

Based on the selected objective, create 3 choreographic combinations:

  • when demonstraing, the combinations are being performed with appropriate musical accompaniment.
  • each combination includes a description using appropriate terminology (the execution of the combination and methodological guidelines are described).

Possible objectives for the combinations:

  • promoting foot and ankle mobility
  • developing coordination
  • developing balance
  • developing strength
  • dromoting flexibility / plasticity
8.

Analysis of choreography movements (freely choosen)

-
Test

3 movements selected for which the following are analyzed and described:

  • how is the movement performed?
  • what are the methodological instructions to follow?
  • which primary muscle groups are activated during the execution of the movement?
  • what benefit does movement bring?
9.

Analysis of the choreography movement performed on the floor (freely choosen)

-
Test

1 choreography movement selected and performed on the floor. The movement is analyzed and described:

  • how is the movement performed?
  • what are the methodological instructions to follow?
  • which primary muscle groups are activated during the execution of the movement?
  • what benefit does movement bring?
10.

Development of choreography combinations performed on the floor

-
Test

Develop three choreographic combinations to be performed on the floor:

  • when demonstrating, the combinations must be executed with appropriate musical accompaniment.
  • each combination must include a detailed description using appropriate professional terminology, clearly outlining the execution of the movements, relevant methodological guidelines and purpose
11.

Analysis of group exercise videos (freely choosen)

-
Test

Select one group routine video and provide an analysis and description of the following aspects:

  • artistry (based on the component evaluation table)
  • execution (whether apparatus losses occurred, and whether visible deviations were present in body difficulty elements)
  • synchronization of the gymnasts
  • personal opinion, explaining why this particular routine is appealing
12.

General fitness preperation exercise with and without equipment

-
Test

Develop general fitness preperation exercises:

  • 3 exercises with equipment
  • 3 exercises without equipment

When developping exercises, the specificities of the sport should be taken into account.

The age group for which the exercises are designed – at the student’s discretion!

13.
